PRE-REQUISITES
Year 10 Mathematics
CONTENT
This course further develops important key mathematical skills such as problem solving, computer technology, calculator skills, gaining better job related skills and increasing confidence in your own mathematical ability.
ASSESSMENT
Up to 24 credits from both Achievement Standards and Numeracy Standards, all internally assessed.
COST
Nil, but a calculator is essential.
FUTURE POSSIBILITIES
This course will provide opportunity to enhance maths skills for use in the workplace and in some areas of trade/industry training. Students may progress to Mathematics 12F.
This course does NOT lead to Level 2 Mathematics courses.
