ENGLISH 203 Communication (2 Semesters) - ENG23S

STRUCTURE
This course consists of two independent semesters.
PRE-REQUISITES
10 credits in Level 1 English. Students must have gained Level 1 Literacy to do this course.
CONTENT
Semester 1:
- Report writing
- Writing correspondence for a work place
- Selecting and reading texts to gain knowledge
- Visual communication
- Further study in written and oral communication
Semester 2:
- Teachers will work closely with students to determine assessments.
- Communication standards TBA.
ASSESSMENT
9-12 credits depending on the standards chosen. Assessment is subject to change.
NB: This course will not provide students with literacy credits for entry to University.
