PRE-REQUISITES
An interest in Electronics and the ability to work independently.

CONTENT
This is a practical course with emphasis on skills and project work, with some theory, to bridge the gap between Year 10 Technology (Electronics) and Year 12 Electronics. This course is a Level 1 Science option.

Students will learn:

• Construction of electronic circuits
• Skills in soldering for electro technology
• Identification of electronic components
• Theory on how circuits work

ASSESSMENT
24 Level 1 core electrical and electronic unit standards will be assessed internally
