CONTENT
This course will give students the skills to plan and prepare safe nutritious food. Students will develop confidence in self management, practical skills and nutritional knowledge relevant to the hospitality industry.

  • Food safety
  • Preparation of meat, fruit and vegetables, egg and cheese dishes
  • Knife skills
