Open Computing/Project planning/Standards and evaluation

To start I suggest a discussion of standards and evaluation of content posted to the main page. At first I included this statement on the main page:

"Bolded titles indicate that materials are up-to-date and meet the standards of Wikieducator's Quality Assurance Framework."

But maybe that's putting the cart before the horse. The first question to answer is whether or not we want to implement a standards and evaluation process (maybe something like the one proposed for feature works in the Quality Assurance Framework? Any thoughts?
