Website Redesign & RFP Project
The purpose of this project is to:
- Obtain your input and feedback for a redesigned web presence;
- Engage and effectively communicate with our internal and external stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities for learning and knowledge-sharing within our organization and across communities;
- Explore how a redesigned website can be leveraged to support our current activities and processes including advocacy and outreach; program development; back-office functionality; connecting and mobilizing our volunteers and communities; and,
- Identify opportunities that will allow One Change to become a more sustainable and scalable organization that is deeply engaged in the communities where we operate.
