Peer Mentoring

• Reduces money spent on outside training
• Reduces frustration in teaching others
• Provides management opportunities for mentors / hi-capable folk
• Raises the value of the mentoring taking place

Strategy

• 2-3 folks in the team can move forward, learn, and return to mentor the rest of the team
