Second meeting of the Strategic Planning Working Group was convened on 7 August 2014.

Key points

Open consultation phase and SCoPE seminar on bringing the strategic pieces together was completed according to schedule. Reviewed progress on the development and open consultation of the OERu strategic plan concluding that the Strategic Planning working group is happy with progress to date, most notably the constructive feedback received to date. Recommended that the plan be implemented as a living document to be tabled at the annual meeting of anchor partners. Each each year the strategic plan will incorporate an annual report and recalibration of annual targets in response to changes in the OERu environment. Noted that the strategic plan will be tabled for approval during the 2014 OERu meetings.
