Kenya pioneered the establishment of the FLOSS4Edu project which was started following an initial meeting that was held in Kenya on the November of 2006. See this initiation report here. This was followed by several capacity building initiatives held in Kenya for several participants coming from the East African region mostly under the sponsorship of COL.

Kenya would like to actively participate in the Learning4Content project and the following are some of the participants in the just concluded Online Learning4Content Course.
