Ergonomics

Welcome to Unit 5: Ergonomics. This unit explains how to create a safe and comfortable computer workstation, and provides tips on healthy habits for computer use. A computer workstation typically includes a computer and multiple peripheral devices (for example, mouse and printer), as well as a desk and chair, and these need to be arranged to best suit the user. Lighting, noise, and space are also important factors to consider in creating a healthy workstation. When you are working at a computer for long periods remember to take regular breaks.
