Team interaction
Ask the programming team to come to the management committee and summarise their experience of making programs for the previous month. Facilitate the debate around what are the practical challenges of making programs. For example, there could be instances where reporters have been denied access to government officials because they are not "authentic" media persons. Also encourage programming team to give suggestions on what the management committee can do to make things easier for the team.
Facilitate discussion after this session and collate responses, and put down action points for both committee and program team.
Performance evaluation
Ask each/selected participants to go through one of the reports, or through the documentation. Ask each participant to write down comments and responses on a chart paper and make a presentation to the larger group, identifying lessons learnt and challenges for the future in terms of programming from a management point of view.
