I am a "Trini" from the southern part of the island of Trinidad which is just a few miles from the South American mainland. I am currently attached to the Distance Learning Secretariat which is a unit within our Ministry of Science Technology and Tertiary EducationI am the Projects Officer (ICT)our manadate is to essentially assit in the development of a sustainable lifelong learning system in Trinidad & Tobago.
