AGENDA

Today, i propose we dedicate the hour to discussing comments on the Draft Report for the MBL 915 Assignment 1. We will then use a short period (if there is time) to discuss issues relating to the next Assignment. The comments on the MBL915 will be done section by section and will be on the latest document submitted to members this afternnon.

Akachi: that was the best i could get at present will see if i can get what you have requested, but chances are you'll have to work with the comprehensive one.

JC: i will be checking my emails periodically if there is anywhere where there is some ambiguity please email and raise the alarm for prompt assistance.

please ensure to email Victor all the necessary by tonight so that when he gets to the office at 6am he can finalise the MBL915 and upload by 12, before he travels.

so Mr.Hove forward all the comments to Victor before you go to sleep tonight and lets be patient with the guys they might not meet the proposed deadlines, however I shall make sure to keep reminding them to submit.

Shungu wanted to know about our live meeting in Jozi, i think we will discuss this in detail at next week's meeting.

On the MBL915 Assignments, i understand ALL your comments. Hove, as Jeremiah has promised to do, kindly put all your comments/edits/suggestions and send to me via email tonight. I will be in the office from 6am tommorrow to work on this assignment and upload before i travel.

Guys i think the timetable is suitable taking into cognisance that our last day to be able to post the assignment EDS is the 29th according to the SOW. I think Friady the 30th might be the last day because Saturday we will be laeving to SA so we cannot post it

advise on where we can exercise some laxity, which deadline should we move forward? we will be available on email, so feel free to clog our emails should you have any premonition of doom...

Sorry guys I have been slow in my review. however I have the follwoing points to make: 1. 32 PAGES looks like its too long to me? How many pages is the limit / target? 2. The SWOT analysis is weak - we may need to do a table and sum up key points. I can add some points on that.

We are required to deliver a minimum of 20pages with no clear limit. The current document is 26 real peages. Your suggestion about the SWOT analisis will be helpful. When will that come in?

I think if we utilise a table that will be a ploy to reduce the length of the assignment, however i do not think that will give us the opportunity to put an indepth analysis of the environment as expected. Lets just focus on improving the way it is. It might be the flow of the information which has a problem. I going through the draft while participating on Wiki so i do no have much to contribute.

Hove - point taken. I leave that to u guys to decide, all I aim to do is to expand and highlight key point on the swot analysis.
