Otago Polytechnic provides quality skills for quality careers in Dunedin, the wider Otago region and across New Zealand. We are sharing a leadership role with open content collaborators around the world to implement a quantum shift for sustainable education on multiple fronts using open education approaches. Otago Polytechnic:

• is New's Zealand's first tertiary education institution to sign the Cape Town Open Education Declaration;
• is the first tertiary education institution in the world to adopt a default Creative Commons Attribution, IP policy; and
• hosts the international head-office of the OER Foundation.
