Purpose

This micro-course is designed to take approximately 40 hours to complete. It is divided into two segments of 5 hours each and two segments of 15 hours each. Those who wish to be assessed for course credit will complete one assignment. Assessment will be charged on a cost recovery basis.

  • Develop a mental training program that includes 2-3 strategies designed to enhance performance in the sport of your choice (see further details at Assignment 2).
  • Add your program to the Course Repository.
  • Provide feedback on at least one other program in the Course Repository, following the guidelines on Providing Constructive Feedback.
