Activity
In this activity we will use a discovery learning approach to learn more about the structure of a wiki and how to find things in WikiEducator. This activity will also provide you with the opportunity to practice internal links, that is who to link to another page in the WikiEducator.
  1. You are required to identify and recommend at least one page in WikiEducator which will be of use to another participant on this course. You should reference the link and write a short annotation why you think the link will be useful to another Kiwi teacher.
  2. You are free to explore and recommend any page in WikiEducator. The following pages are good places to start for finding relevant links to recommend on this Webliography page:
    • Home page for OERNZ
    • OERNZ Category page
    • Feel free add additional links as well as links to any external pages relevant to the OERNZ project

OERNZ News

OERNZ News is a great resource to keep up to date with what is happening with our project. It is openly licensed which means teachers are free to copy and distribute the News Letter at local schools to help spread the word and build a thriving community of Kiwi teachers working collaboratively to develop teaching materials we can share.
