Training

Form a group with two other akonga (students) in your class and plan a training session for Ka pai Kai.

Using the scenario below to guide you.

Ka pai Kai have just upgraded their computer system.

  • All ten staff have been set up with their own individual logins and passwords.
  • They also have access to a networked printer and scanner as well as shared staff drive to save shared files and their own personal drive.
  • This is the first time they have ever had access to these types of things.

Your Job is to train the ten staff members on how to use the new system.

What will your training plan look like? Once you have developed your plan, share it with another group in your class.
