CSS classes
From WikiEducator
Guideline | Where possible, CSS classes found in MediaWiki:Common.css should be used in every page. |
---|---|
Add'l info | CSS classes are added to the wiki's core CSS files in order to help the wiki look more consistent from page to page. In many cases, the use of these classes is automatic, but in cases like tables, a class must be manually added. |

Discussion
CSS classes would be used to maintain consistency of design throughout. They would be used in things like templates and tables. CSS for the wiki can be found here: MediaWiki:Common.css. As you can see there already exists some universal CSS such as the wikitable class, which is used on the workgroup page for this workgroup. How would we word this guideline? --Jesse Groppi 01:17, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
