A WEnotes post form.
Usage

Parameters
- tag
- tag to follow (default: wikieducator)
- button
- text for the submit button (default: Post a WEnote)
- leftmargin
- left margin in pixels (default: aligns with WEnotes text from Widget:WEnotes)
- anonymous
- prompt to display when user is not logged in
- language
- specify a language for the WEnotes posting interface (including button text) - defaults to en_NZ (NZ English), but fr_FR (French) is also available
