Winneba Wireless Network
Building on the AirJaldi Summit (we participated in and helped organize) in Dharamsala, India and with the help of the World Summits for the Free Information Infrastructures, we plan to set up a wireless network complementing the Digital Village components mentioned above. The center is Open not only in promoting open source/FOSS approaches and work processes.

We see the center is Open in the sense that a while range of possibilities are opened in terms of working outside in businesses and in homes through the wireless network are that surrounds the ODiV. Once the network is fully set up through out the Winneba service area we plan to charge access fees into the network to help defray the costs of the ODiV as a way to sustain the financially over the long term.
