It's about time that teachers see their role as facilitators in the classroom rather than actors on a grand stage performiing to their audience who are just made to sit and listen.Of course when the play is in progress the actor cannot be interrupted. what a pity. students have so much to share and teachers have so much to learn that opportunities should be created for such sharing to take place.
