Crime prevention in youth

hi everyone,

last week i attended a meeting on crime prevention in youth. a lot of issues were discussed and most presenters came with sports and arts especially hip hop as a solution to crime in youth. i agree with them but in my country this won't be a solution. The problem lies in our policies and until we consider the contribution of young people in formulating these policies we won't achieve anything in crime prevention. I would like to get your views on this.
