Please to meet you though on the computer screen. I hope this message finds you, your family and your fellow 'we' workshop participants fine as we in Tonga are currently undertaking the same workshop.

I understand your doing Distance Education for PNG is a huge island compared to Tonga.

My name is 'Olivina M Tu'iono, married with a two years old adopted daughter, Cecilia Yanshua.

I am working at the Scholarships Unit of the Ministry of Education, Women Affairs & Culture. We process papers for the decision making of our national Scholarships Committee.
