My Profile
Kia Ora!!!
I am Wendy Russell and I currently teach a junior class at Wonderful Warrington School
Professional Background
From an early age of 7, I always wanted to be a primary teacher! My teaching career began in 2002 after completing a 3 year Bachelor of Education majoring in physical education at the Dunedin College of Education. In my first year of teaching, I worked in a class four days a week at Warrington School with a multi-level class ranging from year 4 - 8. I found this very stimulating and I learnt lots about myself and teaching in this time. Following this I attained a permanent position teaching in a lovely year 1 - 2 class.Education
- Four years secondary school -Queens' High School
- One year as an adult student - East Otago High School
- Three years at Dunedin College of Education -Degree
My Interests
