2019.1.25 . FutureLearn is one of my favorite sources of interesting online courses. While they do have a start and an end, you are not bound by the system to do things in order if you don't want to. The participants are from all over the world, many from the UK. Their deal is you can take the course and participate as much or as little as you like without change. If you want to continue to have access to the course material indefinitely, there is a modest charge to that - usually about $50. What is the general level of internet access for families and schools? I am especially interested in K-12 and young adults, providing them with interesting learning opportunities. If web access is available and cheap or free, there are many really good resources that are available. I would like to work with the learners directly, or with facilitators - teachers, librarians, ... Looking forward to seeing how this can work out.
