i am varun yadav currently pursuing Grad dip IT from EIT,it is my first instance to use wiki educator and it took long time to get started but after knowing the some of features and using it more often feels good.digital learning has given this opportunity to learn new things like wiki educator.

Social technology is technology that facilitates social interactions and is enabled by a communications capability, such as the Internet or a mobile device.example includes social software such as wiki,blog and social network.It is important part of modern communication channel as it has made learning simpler, improved communication,enhanced teaching method by making teaching more interesting and easy.

Creating course content

web 2.0 is a second generation of world wide web that provide platform to collaborate and share information online.It is transition from static html web to dynamic web, it allows various online learning activities like blogging,photo sharing ,video edition ,video conferencing.

Various Web 2.0 tools are:

1 .Diigo –It Collect, organize and share photos,Bookmark, highlight text and images, add sticky notes to webpages.

2. Scribblar – it is Designed for creative, real-time collaboration. Users can collaborate on the creation and editing of images, drawings or even mathematical equations.

3 .iPadio – It helps to Broadcast from any phone to the Internet live, Create phone blogs.

4 Gnowledge – It is an education platform where everyone can create, publish, share and take tests, exercises and assignments.

5 Babbel –It is an Interactive online language courses to improve your grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation skills.

6 Glogster – It Create unique, media rich, interactive posters which can be shared online or embeded into wikis

7 99 Chats – It Allows teachers to create customisable chat rooms that can be added to a class website or blog.

8 Yammer – It Allows to create your own, private social network. Users can then communicate and share easily and securely
