Hello everyone.... I am Zaynah Toofany and I am from Mauritius.
I work as educator in a college. Teaching has always been my hobby, this is why I have chosen it as career too. Teaching involves communication, sharing of knowledge and coaching. It is a very motivating field and it is a great thing to be able to people in their career or even in life.
I joined WikiEducator in order to enrich my skills and knowledge about wikis and also for online collaboration. This experience will also enable me to assist people and help them to learn online.
I am very glad to join WikiEducator and I am sure this will be a very great experience.
My Educational Background
I have done a Degree in Information Systems (just graduated this year), and currently I am doing a MSc Educational Technologies Course. Both at the University of Mauritius.
My Interests
Well, I am a great fan of technologies and computers. I like reading and watching IT magazines, learning about the new trends happening in the technological field. As sports, I like mainly automobile sports. And of course, I like outings and adventuring out in the nature, going out to the seaside, and visiting places.

My Wiki Project
For the wikiproject I am interested in doing A beginner's Computing Course where people of any age group will have the opportunity to get the knowledge pertaining to what is Computing actually. I think this is going to help learners since Computing is becoming increasingly important these days. The wikiproject will consist of both theory explanations and some exercises for learners to practice and test what they have learnt. This wikiproject will help us to understand wiki even more.
