Provided facilitation support, and report-writing for a national, 100-person workshop for Developing a Research Agenda to Support Sodium Reduction in Canada (focusing on Health and Human Physiology; Food Science and Food Technology; and Knowledge-to-Action). Toronto, January 25-26, 2010. CIHR Partners included: The Institute of Nutrition, Metabolism and Diabetes (INMD) and The Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health (ICRH)) This report focused on gaps and opportunities; research questions and research proposals and evaluation and monitoring (in Health and Human Physiology; Food Science and Food Technology; and Knowledge-to-Action), in support of the Health Canada's Working Group on Sodium Reduction, and is incorporated into the report of the Sodium Working Group.
