Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is being used at almost all levels of the education system across the world. Particularly, in the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) systems like IGNOU, the ICT has great role to playfor imparting instructions, evaluation of performance  and for providing different kinds of support services.
