Education

I have graduated in Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Application Technology since 2004. I have also attained Oracle Database Administrator (Oracle 8i DBA) from oracle World.

Experience

Employed by Tanzania Global Development Learning Center TGDLC as a Manager, Development Information Centre for 7 years but also working as Ag. Training Coordinator for at least 1 year.

As an ICT person, working in various capacities, I have a vast experience in information and Communication Technology especially as a lecturer in the Database Management sytem for at least 5 year at the Institute of Finance Management. I have also managed to work with IT section at the TGDLC that deals with training using state of the art technology, Video Conferencing and webstream and online courses. We also use Multi-media to train in computer related programmes.
