My educational philosophy is that in a class teachers need to integrate the four skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)in order to achieve a meaningful learning in their students. In addition; students have to be able to produce the language in wirten and spoken form not just in writen form. So teachers need to design different activities for the classes in which they can integrate the four skills. It is important tomention that teachers in the past focus their attention on grammar and they don not take into consideration that other three skills, nowadays most of the teachers try to work on the different skills, even thought; some teacher follow the same patern as teachers in the past and they just focus their attention on grammar.

My Three Paragraph Essay
Learning English is not easy. Many young English students from basic levels understand very well the languageWatch your word order and avoid using the word "very"., furthermore;Reverse punctuation: "...language, furthermore,..." they can read it and write it correctly but at the moment that they want to speak with people around them or want to express their feelings and ideas they are not able to do it. According to Rangel (2010), young students have problems developing their speaking skill because they have very little confidence or they are afraid of use the language. Also, most of the time, students are not contextualized in real life situation or they do not use the language in the classroom. For this reason, it is difficult try to use the language out the classroom trying to express what they feel or what they think. Some of the reasons that affect in the development of speaking skill out the classroom are the following translation, blocking, complicate language and conversation opportunities. (Beare, 2011) However; the most common ones in English students are translation and blocking.
One of the most common problems that students have when they try to communicate their feelings, beliefs and thoughts to their friends, family and other people around them is translation. Students most of the time used to translate from their native language to English everything they need or want to say. (Beare, 2011) See APA on how to cite references. It does not help students to be better when they speak because in some aspects our mother tongue is not the same as English language, so it makes them get trouble and have more difficulties when they talk to someone.
Another problem that students have respect to the developing of their speaking skill out the classroom is blocking. This sentence is awkward and does not begin a conclusion paragraph. Do not introduce any new information in your conclusion paragraph.A It is very common in basic levels because as they are beginner in learning the language, they tend to get nervous when they are having a conversation with a person that knows the language. In addition; they tend to forget some words and mispronounced some others. So they are not confident on themselves, on their knowledge and their capacity.

Action Plan
One of the most relevant problems face when we are learning a second language is respect to speaking. Reword your topic sentence using "speaking" as the subject and avoid using the verb "to be". Check the rest of your paragraph after creating a more specific topic sentence. Most of students have problems expressing what they feel or what they want in a second language because it is not their mother tongue. Also, it is a product of the different activities, strategies and techniques that teacher uses in the class. Sometimes we as teacher do not contestualize our students in real life situations so they do not know how to use English in the real life. Moreover; the activities that we as teacher are using in our classes are not meaningful for students because the majority of them have problems when they produce the language.
Using meaningful speaking activities in order for students to have fluency while they are expressing their feeling, ideas, opinions, etc.
