Professional background

I have lived and worked in Latin America for most of my professional career. I have 30 years (oops, giving away my age!) of upper level management and field experience in non-profit organizations, business and education. I currently work as an instructor in online and blended learning formats and am the Program Director for projects in the region.

Education

My Bachelor's degree is in International Relations, and I have an M.A. in Organizational Management. I started the coursework for a PhD. in Management, but it is still incomplete. I also did graduate work on Quality and Change in Higher Education.
