Having spent the last three days (public holiday) trying to get wireless broadband, listening to a smug voice saying we really value your custom and we know your time is valuable and failing to because my computer is a mac and my operating system is four years old I am currently feeling fairly passionate about the way some people in the industry can't stop fiddling and making you go and spend money on operating systems or new computers!
