Hi my name is Judy Magee. I work at Otago Polytechnic in the School of Foundation Learning. I teach human biology in the level 4 programme, Certificate in Health. I have been teaching at the Polytech since 1989. I started part time at the Poly, teaching Chemistry 3 at night. At the time I worked as a chemistry technician at M'Leod Brothers in Dunedin. M'Leod Brothers was a soap manufacturing company in Dunedin. It has been closed down for many years and in fact has been bulldozed. The new Cadbury warehouse exists on the site now. I have been full time teaching since about 2000 and switched from chemistry to human biology 2 years ago.
