Dr. Ishteyaaq Ahmad is an academician at University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, India with more than two decades of experience in higher education. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Applications, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Dr. Ahmad has made significant contributions to the field of educational technology, focusing on the application of AI and ML in online education and student feedback analysis. His research includes developing Artificial Neural Network models for sentiment analysis of student feedback on MOOCs, and Artificial Neural Network Predictive models for MOOC dropout prediction.
Previously, Dr. Ahmad was recognized as a Young Scientist by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, under the SYSP scheme. He was awarded a research grant for his project, "Intelligent System for Tourism Industry," highlighting his commitment to innovative research.
