Dumisani Sondlo was born in South Africa (September 8, 1974), and currently (2012) works as the Communications Manager for the national e-Skills Institute in Cape Town. Rooted in strong Christian principles, Dumisani and Nolufefe, his wife of 5 years are raising 2 wonderful children, a girl and a boy.
Dumisani has an Honours and Masters degree in Public Administration (both with Distinction) from Stellenbosch University. He also has an Honours degree in Communications from Fort Hare University, as well as a Diploma in Company Direction from GIMT.
His main interest is in leadership systems for enabling individuals and society to reach their true potential. Having a strong business pedigree, he has recently been researching on the creation of a conducive business atmosphere for township small businesses to thrive. This includes studying the regulatory environment, political systems and practices, as well as the communication of positively useful information to communities and businesses.

- ICT Training and administration
- Multimedia production
- Communications management
Dumisani has worked for Fort Hare University, Centre for the Development of Information and Telecommunications Policy, Independent Broadcasting Authority (now ICASA), and the national Department of Communications.
