My Biographical Note

Background

Dr. Rashid Ali Baloch holds a Ph.D, MPhil, MBA, MA, LLB, and BA in diversified disciplines. He is founder of Cognitive Social Relationship and SAAF. He has done several courses, seminars and workshops. He authored 4 books on Management, HR, and IR with more than 15 International publications. He has participated in several national and international conferences. His current research deals with association of slack resources and employees’ wellbeing and experimental studies about work related stress and scheduling. He is also investigating the different behaviours of employees during the diverse schedule and spell. The purpose of his recent research is to increase employee happiness index (EHI) and overall productivity, in the organization. Dr. Rashid has 33 years of experience in corporate sectors, out of which 22 years as a Head of Department. He served in manufacturing and services sectors at different part of the country. He is registered lawyer and his keen interest in Industrial, Corporate, Employment and Environmental laws.He has taught masters and doctoral programs in education at Indus University; Masters and PhD in distance as well as Face to Face education.
