Welcome
I am a Physical Education Teacher at Trident High School in Whakatane and I have several reasons for enrolling on this course.
- To increase my personal skill set
- To have the skill to create a department wide resource for my subject
- To be able to have an environment to "levels the playing field" for all students within the department - the same information available to all
- To be able to offer those students that wish for greater students a "safe" internet based resource to aid in extending their knowledge and understanding
I mention a "safe" internet resource, by this I mean a site that information is referrenced from a variety of sources, rather than the subjective thoughts of bloggers or forums presented in a manner that challenges students to evaluate information rather than knee jerk belief in the internet and written word.
