I am Dr. Charles, a senior lecturer in Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science,
Faculty of Science, University of Jaffna. I am also serving as the Head of the Department of Computer Science, University of Jaffna.
I did my first degree BSc (Special in Computer Science) at University of Jaffna and have a Phd from Cardiff University, UK.

- Research in Data mining and machine learning
