My name is Maria Cecilia C. Basconcillo. I live at B4 L12 E. Aguinaldo St., NCE 1, Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Philippines. Where do you work? I teach at Culiat High School, Quezon City, Philippines. Or where do I spend most of my time? I spend most of my time surfing the Net. What is your background and or education? i finished my bachelor in Secondary Education major in History at the University of Santo Tomas, Espana, Manila, Philippines.
I teach Philippine Geography, History and Government to First Year High School students at Culiat High School, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. I would like to develop online modules for teaching these Social Studies subjects and that is why I was interested in enrolling for this WikiEducator. Thank you.

I read a lot of books, magazines and newspapers and I always surf the Net.

My Projects
I have conducted Free Math Tutorial Lessons for First Year High School students, Free Art Workshops for both teachers and students of our school and I have also conducted free cooking demos for the school's stakeholders. I was also able to bring a nationwide ICT Literacy Program that was being conducted by our national government's Department of Education here in our school. I have also conducted an action research on preparing our school for e-learning.
