I just took the Wiki Educator workshop to develop skills related to Wiki Media which we have on the CMC server. The tutorials in here are really good AND you might be interested in their use of templates. Since we are challenged with knowledge management here, wiki seems like a very useful tool. They have ongoing workshops.
