Kia Ora and Welcome!

If you want to make a change in your life or have some goals which you would like to achieve then this learning programme is for you!

On this programme you will follow the stories of James and Stella as they learn about goal setting and making changes.

You will explore why, when and how to set goals. You will have the opportunity to set your own goal, create a plan for action and then record your progress towards the achievement of your goal over a one calendar month period. Finally you will evaluate how you went, see what worked and what went wrong. Evaluating your process towards your goal will help you to plan for the future. You will have the confidence and knowledge to set new goals and make positive changes in your life.
