Wiki as tool for teaching literacy - any research to support model for pending middle school summer enrichment camp - RFP

We are trying to answer a RFP so as to build a LITERACY based, Title I camp in Pittsburgh, PA, USA that makes extensive uses of wikis. I need some help finding research models to support what we strive to do with the kids, grades 5-9. Thanks.

So, are there any researched curriculums that teach literacy with wikis?
