Testing WikiEducator's Threaded discussion tool

OK, I guess I'm confused about the assignment. I created a new thread but now would like to remove it. Is that possible? Sylvia

Hi Sylvia -- Well done -- you have worked through the confusion and successfully posted a reply to the response.

The ability to delete a new thread is reserved for Systems administrators -- because there is a risk of inadvertently deleting a series of replies to a thread.

Anway -- you've had the chance to reply to a thread and create a new one -- the power of incidental learning. I'm not going to delete the new thread you created for the time being.

That's one of the things that sometimes makes me nervous about such public communities... not being able to edit yourself. That "send" button can be so tempting at times.

Well, this was just my effort to try out this discussion feature. Very useful!
