- Ask learners to identify the characteristics or key components of a project
- Include a few leading questions, eg:
- What is the scope of the project?
- Who is the client / stakeholder of the project?
- What are the resource constraints?
- What are the objectives of the project
Provide feedback, on the following for example (could be a quiz):
- Focus - Be clear on priorities and scope of the project (gardening versus kitchen)
- Who is the client? Ben, Jannet or both? Selling on?
- Resource constraints. Lack of experience in PM, DIY, can only work on weekends
- Project objectives: Complete in a month;
