External resources opening in new tab/window

Can the video open in a new tab or window (rather than taking the user out of the OERu course)? I know there are differing opinions on whether this is a good thing or not… Am not sure if OERu has any unwritten ‘rules’ around it.

Hi Claire On the website it will run inside the page. Just doesn't do that in the wiki.
