Delete from 'Procedures' Warrington will use S.O.P s etc. down to & including ACTION.
Move 'Guidelines' up to go below Purpose section. Insert compliance paragraph formerly in 'Purpose' . Follow with 1., 2., 4., 5., 6.
Under 'Procedures' put 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 1. 3. 4. 5. 6. 8. 9. ( from old guidelines) Get rid of everything else from the second 10. down. -Tim L.
We often have a soiled child - leaving them soaking and smelling is an issue - but at the same time I am not keen to do the cleaning up (men and messy children) um enough said
