Revision of concluding sentence in intro paragraph

I revised the last sentence in the intro paragraph to specify what particular aims are realised. The end part of this paragraph has changed meaning a bit due to this and previous change from widen access to education to widen access to educational resources.

Please check this to be sure the original meaning is retained.
