Re-installing this category as a plural--Portals

Hi,

There are a number of portals (both categories and pages) that can be added to this category. But before doing so, I wanted to discuss the idea of recreating this page as a plural. Wikipedia distinguishes between topic and list style categories (but does recognise that combined categories have a use), with list categories mostly written in the plural form. Although I don't think that WikiEducator will have as many list style categories, it seems to me that Category:Portals is one of these, because the members will be instances of portals.

I'm hoping that by having discussions about some of the categorisation issues, we can begin to come to a common vision for how to categorise on WikiEducator. Any thoughts on the suggestion to delete this category and replace with Category:Portals?

I went ahead with this change and have been working to categorize the many portal pages into either this category or Category:Portals under construction.
