Questions for Consideration
Hi Patricia, In an earlier version of this page which I worked on, I left a note on the discussion page suggesting that the Questions for Consideration be incorporated at the bottom of this page, as they follow on directly from the final paragraph. Alternatively, the paragraph beginning with "From an economist's point of view. . ." could be included on the Questions for Consideration page as a pre-amble.
